For clients with integrations to the Butterfly Cloud, it is recommended that HL7 messages from 9:50am - 12:20pm EST should be reprocessed to ensure all encounters are received. We can assist if needed. Any clients with failed PACS storage jobs can be resolved by selecting 'retry' in the Butterfly Cloud.

Incident resolution has been implemented and all Butterfly Cloud functionality has returned to normal operations. Our team is actively monitoring to confirm system stability.
