Search & Filtering
-Group filter for Study List and Global Search: Users with access to Proficiency Management can now filter studies by one or more credential groups directly from the Study List and Global Search views. Selecting a group shows only studies authored by members of that group. -Public Saved Searches: Admins on Professional and Compass Al plans can now create and share saved searches with their organization, making it easy to surface common views across a team without each user needing to configure their own. -Global Search exports now honor column selection and order: When exporting from Global Search, the exported file now reflects the exact columns the user has selected and in the order they've arranged them — no more exports overwriting personal preferences with a default layout. -Fixed: Exam type filter showing ID instead of label on page reload: When returning to a page with an exam type filter applied, the filter button was displaying the internal exam ID rather than the human-readable label. This is now corrected.
Documentation Agent -Smarter worksheet prefill behavior: Several improvements have been made to how Documentation Agent fills in worksheet fields: -LLM-generated answers and prefill values are now merged with clearer priority rules, so that user input is layered on top of prefill data. -The LLM no longer generates placeholder answers (like "normal" or "none") for fields that have no supporting information in the transcript. -Fixed: Doc Agent not applying pre-fill fields when expected: In certain cases, Doc Agent was ignoring pre-fill values. This is now resolved. -Fixed: Low-confidence error message displaying in English for French-language users: The error message shown when Al confidence is low was not being translated. It now renders in the user's configured language.
EHR / HL7 Integration
-ORU messages now self-contained with snapshotted visit data: PV1/visit data (encounter and location information) is now captured at the time a study is associated with an encounter, rather than looked up live when the ORU is sent. This prevents ORUs from being built without visit information if the encounter data changes or becomes unavailable later. -Improved ORU matching for NBD devices that preserve AccessionNumber: For third-party NBD devices that preserve Butterfly's AccessionNumber or AdmissionID, outbound ORU messages can now correctly match back to the original worklist item even when the device uses its own Study UID. -Unanswered worksheet fields excluded from EHR output: Worksheet fields that were left blank are no longer included in outbound HL7 ORU messages, keeping EHR output clean and clinically relevant.
Security & Audit Logs
-Login audit events now capture email and domain for Auth0 and Azure logins: Previously, login audit events for AuthO and Azure SSO users were missing user email and domain ID. These fields are now included for complete audit coverage. -Proficiency Management actions added to Audit Logs: Admin actions related to proficiency management including historical accuracy updates, group creation, group edits (users added/removed, requirements changed), and group deletion - are now recorded in audit logs.
Bug Fixes
-Fixed: Measurements missing from bulk PDF exports: When studies containing measurements (lines, circles, etc.) were downloaded in bulk as PDFs, the measurements were not appearing in the exported images. This is now fixed. -Fixed: Navigation arrows stop working after clicking "Sign and Next": On the Study detail page, clicking Sign & Next and then trying to use the navigation arrows to move between studies would stop working. --Navigation now functions correctly throughout the workflow. -Fixed: "Date Last Active" column in Enterprise Users sorting numerically instead of by date: The sort order for the Date Last Active column was treating the value as a number rather than a date. It now sorts chronologically as expected. -Fixed: Historical proficiency bulk-set failing for enterprise users: Enterprise users who are domain admins within an org context were unable to save historical proficiency data. This is resolved.
