Investigating -
We will be performing a brief restart of our integration engine at 8 PM EDT. During this window, ADT queue messages will back up, and report delivery to your EHR will be paused. Sending to PACS is not affected. All queued messages will be processed automatically once the maintenance is complete. No other Butterfly services are affected.
No action is required on your end. We will update this notice when the maintenance is complete.
