On Wednesday, April 8, at approximately 8:00 PM EST, we will perform maintenance to implement several performance improvements and bug fixes.
This will not be a full downtime. During this time, we expect only Global Search to be offline. The maintenance window is expected to last 3 hours. This maintenance will not impact active scans, user logins, or system connectivity.
We appreciate your understanding given the short notice and thank you for your patience as we complete this update to ensure continued platform stability and performance.
Notes: This release includes several performance improvements and bug fixes, including:
SSO Configuration Reliability — Resolved an issue where the SSO configuration form would be unexpectedly cleared after saving. Also fixed a bug where the Name/ID field appeared blank in the SSO configuration screen. Video Playback for Downloaded Studies — Fixed a bug that prevented masked cine downloads from playing in QuickTime Player on macOS. Additionally, resolved the error preventing masked cines from downloading on Windows devices. Global Search — Sync Status Filtering — Fixed an issue where filtering studies by PACS/VNA Sync Status or EHR Sync Status returned no results in Global Search.
