-Due to a necessary data re-indexing following this release, studies saved to the cloud after 8:00 PM EDT on Monday, June 29 may not be immediately accessible in global search, dashboards, and task lists. Availability is expected to be restored within 24–48 hours. In the meantime, studies can still be accessed directly from the archive in which they were saved.
-Feature availability varies depending on a user's country, license type, permissions, and probe type.
Worksheets - Question Library
Enterprise Admins with a Compass Al license can now manage a centralized Question Library for worksheet templates. Questions can be created, categorized, edited, copied, and deleted from a dedicated Library tab in the Worksheet menu within Enterprise Settings. Library questions can be pulled directly into templates and questions can be saved from templates to the library.
Global Search - Worksheet Search
Compass Al users can now search for studies by worksheet content directly from the Global Search bar. The search allows you to look back over the past 12 months of worksheet data.
Documentation Agent Updates
The exam sidebar now shows a Doc Agent prefill subtitle, indicating which worksheet the Al pre-populated, making it easier to understand the source of Al-assisted entries.
A zero-index mismatch bug in the Doc Agent's template selection logic has been fixed, improving the reliability of the Al-driven worksheet population.
De-ID & Image Masking
Fixed a bug where De-ID masking failed when hiding the first image in a study.
Improved the image download flow: users are now shown the image format selection modal before the masking options modal, creating a more logical step order.
Active Directory Assignment Rules
Fixed a bug where assignment rules were only triggering for one group when multiple groups were configured.
The Assignment Rules table now displays all rules in an expanded view, with a new Access Role column for at-a-glance role visibility.
Bug Fixes
Scanlab dashboard — Fixed inaccurate count updates on the portfolio dashboard and corrected broader data accuracy issues.
Study deletion — Users can now successfully permanently delete studies that were previously stuck.
Split study availability — Fixed an issue where a split study became inaccessible after its parent study was deleted.
Long notes in finalized studies - Fixed text being cropped in the Notes field on the web for finalized studies.
Conditional logic - Fixed a duplication bug in conditional logic for worksheet question options.
Image captures — Fixed a 500 error that caused captures to be lost when the image storage service hit a rate limit.
