Scheduled maintenance began at 9:00 PM ET and is expected to last approximately 3 hours.
During this time, ADT and ORU feeds are unavailable. Please keep your inbound and outbound connections paused until maintenance is complete. Users cannot associate patients from worklists in the Butterfly app or on integrated non-Butterfly devices, and studies cannot be sent to your EHR or PACS during this time. All other functionality, including scanning and reviewing studies, remains available.
We will post an update when maintenance is complete.

We want to provide an important update regarding upcoming maintenance.
There will be one scheduled maintenance window on Sunday, November 23, 2025, beginning at 9:00 PM ET and lasting approximately 3 hours.
There will not be a downtime on Monday, November 24.
During the Sunday maintenance window:
-- ADT and ORU feeds will be unavailable. Please pause inbound and outbound connections prior to the window to prevent message backlog. -- Users will be unable to associate patients from worklists or send studies to EHR or PACS systems. -- Other areas of the Butterfly platform may experience intermittent availability while backend updates are completed.
After maintenance is complete, please restart your ADT and ORU feeds and resume normal workflows.
