Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled Maintenance – November 23, 2025 Nov 23, 2025 21:00 - Nov 24, 2025 00:00 EST

We will perform scheduled maintenance on Sunday, November 23, 2025, beginning at 9:00 PM EST and lasting approximately 3 hours.

During this time, ADT and ORU feeds will be unavailable. We recommend pausing your inbound and outbound connections before the maintenance window to prevent a message backlog. Users will not be able to associate patients from worklists in the Butterfly app or on integrated non-Butterfly devices, and studies cannot be sent to your EHR or PACS during this time. All other functionality, including scanning and reviewing studies, will remain available.

After maintenance is complete, the Butterfly interfaces will be operational; please reconnect your ADT and ORU connections. You may then resume normal operations.
